We are excited for you to join us and participate in the NO FLIPS Elite Mentorship Program with Chris Senegal!
This is not a course; this is assistance through the acquisition, design, construction, and closing of your first deal. This process takes approximately 12 months, depending on the market.
As Chris’s success stories with his students, who have taken his mentorship, grow, we are implementing strict guidelines to reach those who are more than ready to invest in themselves.
Chris is a huge advocate for real estate investing, as he and his mentees are living proof of the success of his blueprint.
We do not want you to spend your last funds hoping for a quick return; rather, we want you to have the discipline and goal-oriented mindset to accomplish this milestone in real estate.
Due to numerous potential candidates, we always want to reiterate the hard work and dedication this elite program requires. Chris only wants to work with those he believes are willing to invest in themselves, monetarily and with the time and dedication to implement and execute what is being taught. He has public testimonies of people with previous wholesaling/flipping experience and those without. Although those with little to no experience took more time and patience to get them to cross the same finish line, Chris is currently accepting and eager to work with those who have the grit to understand the real estate industry.

- Lifetime access to Chris’s team (contractors, title companies, architects, etc.) ● Resources to plan for funding and deal structures strategy sessions.

Example: Step 1 Finding a Lot to Build on!
We can find a lot in multiple ways: subdividing a large parcel already owned by another member of No Flips, working with a realtor/wholesaler, or going out and finding deals ourselves. We need at least 4500 sqft to build a duplex.
Once a lot has been identified, we will obtain a survey for the land, check for utilities, deed restrictions, and floodplain issues, and look at comparable sales of new construction to negotiate the best deal with the seller.
Elite Membership Fee
- $20,000 – (50% upfront and 50% upon completion of construction)
- or $17,500 if paid upfront
Once enrolled, all of your investment will go toward your project. The recommended amount of capital needed is $50,000. This can be a combination of cash, credit, and investor funds.

Determining Where You Are:
We will help you strategize based on your unique situation during the initial discovery call. So far, each of Chris’ mentees has had $50k-$60k equity/profit per door they have built. Most have full time careers in other industries.
We cannot guarantee these results, but the system has not proven otherwise thus far. If you are ready to enroll, we will provide the payment link.
If you aren’t ready for the full Elite Program or need time to build up your capital, we offer an Inner Circle—Full Access Membership. This allows you to shadow Elite Members, including access to every step of the process and all site visits, enabling you to prepare for the next step.
Inner-Circle Membership Fee:
- $5,000 one-time payment (credited toward Elite membership)
