Acquired by the Houston Housing Authority while Invictus Development Group remains the
project's development partners, The Mod is a thoughtfully designed apartment community and
mixed-use development located in the Fifth Ward of Houston, Texas.
Orange, Tx
Chevron Phillips is expanding its facility in Orange, TX, creating additional jobs in the region,
which is in effect, facing a housing need. The development will cover approximately 10 acres,
featuring a 122 build-to-rent community, a 75-unit apartment complex, and 47 single-family
homes.
Webercrest
The Webercrest project is transforming a one-acre parcel of land into ten duplex units. The lots
will be subdivided, enabling mentees to achieve full ownership based on their respective
purchases.
Collaborating with the Houston Housing Authority, as one of the community development
partners, Cuney Homes, which has secured $50 million in federal funding, is to transform into a
more mixed-income and mixed-use community.
