Meet the President
President, Christopher Senegal attended Southern University and graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering. He entered real estate as a second income stream in 2008 as a single-family flipper and rental property owner.
In 2013, Senegal launched Invictus Development Group to revitalize disinvested communities. To date, IDG is a threefold approach to real estate development, including, but not limited to, developing raw and infill land for new construction builds, mixed-use development, and creative financing structures for existing portfolios facing gentrification.
Senegal has been featured in several publications including Commercial Observer, and three separate front-page articles in the Houston Chronicle. President, Christopher Senegal, known as “Mr. Buy the Block”, has created a blueprint for high-impact redevelopment and disinvested communities.

Brittany Thomas serves as an Executive Assistant at Invictus Development Group.
A graduate of Texas State University with a B.A. in Business Marketing, Thomas is also a licensed realtor with three years of diversified experience. Her client portfolio includes home buyers, sellers, and investors, benefiting from her unwavering care and dedication.
Brittany holds her license with MOD Realty, where she represents IDG, managing all aspects of development on behalf of clients, from initial land acquisition to property lease-up and disposition.

John Fitz Chatman is the Founder of Airo, a cutting-edge real estate technology company revolutionizing the industry with innovative solutions. As a seasoned corporate professional, John boasts over 15 years of extensive experience in property management, specializing in Multi-Family Housing, Investment Portfolio Management, and Commercial Retail. His expertise extends to Project Management in New Construction, where he has successfully led numerous high-profile projects to completion.
